The INVEX Planning, Investor and Real Estate Ltd. was founded in 15th november, 1991. as a family business. The foundation members - Mr. András Kubinszky and Mrs. Kubinszky Zsuzsa B. - act as managing directors from the beginning. The professional experience of the leader designer András Kubinszky, covers nearly 30 years, from which he spent (and also does nowadays) about 25 years at the helm of various business operations. Since 2005. he is the delegate of the Architect Chamber of Győr-Moson-Sopron county.
Mrs. Kubinszky Zsuzsa B. - as an economic engineer - is the leader of business administration, facility management, and real estate expert activities.

The company is owned - since its establishment - 100 % by the Kubinszky family. Since 2002 the two descendants - Gábor and Balázs Kubinszky - reinforce the designer and economical specialities in manager positions.

The main range of activity of our company (according to ISIC- International Standard Industrial Classification of all Economic Activities) is engineering and advising activity, in practice it covers the fields of architectural planning, general planning, construction site supervision and project management. All our activities are carried out with engineers, standing on the highest professional level, in several languages (Hungarian, German, English and Romanian), and in several Middle-East European countries. At present we have planner competence also in the German Republic and Romania.

We are specialized mainly for middle and large sized projects, in which we give professional support for the employer from the buying of real estates, throughout the planning, technical supervision and completion until finishing the project - and also further on demand. Since its establishment our company has planned and completed more, than half a million m2 of commercial, industrial, residential, public buildings and areas.

At present we manage our tasks with 30 full-time employee - more of them 25 of them are architects - in our offices in Sopron (which is the company seat) and in the 11th district in Budapest. Our offices have very favourable geographical location, that is essential to carry out our work flexible and on high level on the whole area of the country and beyond the borders in some cases. Our structural subcontractor and technical supervisor base extend to the whole country. We have daily contact and constant contractual legal relationship with more, than 50 specialized planner offices, in some cases that means several decades of work-relationship. Our organizational structure, corporate management system and professional experience makes a smooth administration of the work of about 150 persons (together with the subcontractors) possible.

Our architects and subcontractors carry out their work digitally, in accordance with the expectations of today, with the up-to-date versions of Archi- and AutoCAD softwares, ensuring the highest compatibility in data exchange for our partners

Ever since it's establisment, the company has been on a track of exemplary growth, as evidenced by our net yearly earnings, our increasing staff, technical and IT infrastructure, planning capacity and other financial indicators. The expertise of our present contract workforce should guarantee an equally promising future.
